1. Introduction

This Disclaimer applies to your use of FindMyTutor UAE ("the Platform"), operated by Zyron FZE LLC ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in the United Arab Emirates. FindMyTutor UAE is the trading name and consumer-facing brand of Zyron FZE LLC.

By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to the matters set out in this Disclaimer. This Disclaimer supplements our Terms of Service and other policies and does not limit any non-waivable rights you may have under UAE law.

2. The Platform Is a Marketplace

FindMyTutor UAE is a technology-enabled marketplace. We provide:

• A digital platform on which users can list, discover, and communicate.
• Tools to post requests, create profiles, browse, and message.
• Optional paid features for tutors. We do not provide tutoring. We do not employ or contract tutors. We do not act as an agent for tutors or for students/parents.

3. No Tutoring Services Provided by Us

All tutoring services accessible through the Platform are provided by independent tutors. Zyron FZE LLC does not deliver, supervise, or control any tutoring session. Tutors are responsible for their own teaching, methods, scheduling, pricing, and conduct.

4. No Guarantee of Outcomes

We do not guarantee:

• Academic improvement, exam success, or any specific learning outcome.
• Tutor effectiveness, teaching ability, or suitability for a particular learner.
• Student satisfaction with any tutor or arrangement.
• Any specific number of leads, messages, bookings, or income for tutors. All outcomes depend on the people involved, their effort, and many other factors outside our control.

5. Accuracy of Information

While we encourage users to provide accurate information, we do not independently verify all information posted on the Platform. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy or completeness of any tutor profile.
• The truth of any qualification, experience, or rate claim.
• The authenticity of any document uploaded for verification (although we review submitted documents and may award a Verified badge based on that review).
• The accuracy of any student or parent request.
• The accuracy of any review or rating. Users must conduct their own due diligence before engaging with any other user.

6. Independent Arrangements Between Users

All tutoring arrangements made through the Platform — including subject, schedule, location, format, fees, cancellations, and refunds for lessons — are independent agreements between the student (or parent/guardian) and the tutor. Zyron FZE LLC is not a party to those arrangements.

7. Lesson Payments

Zyron FZE LLC does not handle, process, hold, or guarantee lesson payments. Lesson fees are paid directly by the student or parent to the tutor according to whatever arrangement they agree.

Subscription payments by tutors are made to Zyron FZE LLC and are processed securely by Stripe. They are governed by our Subscription, Billing & Refund Policy.

8. Platform Availability

We aim to keep the Platform available, but we do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted access.
• Error-free operation.
• Compatibility with all devices, browsers, or networks. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or causes beyond our reasonable control.

9. Communication and Messaging

The Platform provides messaging tools, but we are not responsible for the content of communications between users, misunderstandings between users, or disputes that arise from communications, whether on or off the Platform.

10. User Conduct

We do not control user conduct. While we have rules of conduct in our Acceptable Use Policy and Safeguarding & Safety Policy, and we take action where breaches are reported, we cannot guarantee that every user will behave appropriately. Users should exercise reasonable caution and report concerns to us at [email protected].

11. Use of Contact Information

Where a student or parent has switched on contact sharing in their account settings, and the tutor has paid access (an active paid subscription or free trial), communication may take place outside the Platform. Communication that occurs off-platform is outside our visibility and control. We are not responsible for off-platform interactions.

12. Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates with third-party services, including Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), our hosting providers, and analytics tools. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, content, or availability of third-party services. Their use may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

13. External Links

Where the Platform contains links to third-party websites or resources, those links are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, practices, or availability of any external site.

14. Educational and Informational Content

Any general educational, marketing, or informational content on the Platform — for example, blog articles or guidance about tutoring — is provided for general information only. It does not constitute professional, educational, financial, legal, immigration, or visa advice, and should not be relied on as such.

15. Use at Your Own Risk

Your use of the Platform, and any tutoring arrangement made through it, is at your own risk. You should take reasonable precautions, particularly where minors are involved or where lessons take place in person.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Zyron FZE LLC is not liable for:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive losses.
• Loss of profits, revenue, business, opportunity, savings, goodwill, data, or reputation.
• Loss of income or earnings.
• User disputes.
• Dissatisfaction with the Platform or any tutoring service. The general limitations and any monetary cap on liability set out in our Terms of Service apply equally to this Disclaimer.

17. Changes to This Disclaimer

We may update this Disclaimer from time to time. The most current version will be available on the Platform with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Disclaimer.
